Anche se con un giorno di ritardo, vi sarete accorti dell’uscita della nuova versione di Easy Crypt, la fantastica GUI per TrueCrypt. La feature perfetta che è stata introdotta è la possibilità di inserire a mano la dimensione del proprio file-contenitore (prima bisognava spostare un cursore che non segnava mai una dimensione precisa…) oppure di scegliere una dimensione predefinita tra 690 mega, 4 giga o 8 giga.
Insieme a questa notizia, voglio condividere con voi quello che gweaver ha scritto nel forum internazionale di Ubuntu:

I think this is the best example I have seen of a developer identifying a need and making the software happen in a timely fashion. Easy Crypt has come from nowhere in a very short space of time.
Its great to see people contributing ideas, translations and bug fixes.
Its now a community effort, but it wouldn’t have happened at all without Steves efforts.If there was a Ubuntu “project of the month”, this would get my vote!
